• Create and publish social media content, short-form video, photo stories, and graphics
• plan digital, email, and video campaigns
• monitor analytics
• develop content for web and print
• capture stories from residents, participants, families, caregivers, and partners
• support brand consistency, media relations, internal communications, events, and community outreach
• and report on engagement and campaign results.
