The role assists machine operations and production workflows, helping ensure products meet quality standards, output goals, and workplace safety requirements through setup support, checks, packaging, documentation, and team training.

What you'll do

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• perform quality checks
• package finished products and meet production output goals
• complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• participate in training and support team development
• follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Why this role

12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 5 p.m.–5 a.m. Posting advertises a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid in increments at 90 days, 190 days, and one year. Requires ability to stand for 12 hours, lift or carry at least 50 pounds, and work in a hot environment.
