What you'll do

• Advise corporate executives, HR leaders, and boards on employment risk mitigation and governance
• lead workforce-related due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation structures, and equity plans
• guide multi-state and international enterprises through ADA, FMLA, Title VII, FLSA, and OSHA compliance
• draft and negotiate executive employment contracts, separation packages, and restrictive covenants
• oversee employment litigation and administrative proceedings before the EEOC, DOL, OSHA, and FINRA.
