What you'll do

• Supervise housekeeping operations and assigned staff
• ensure cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas and adherence to health regulations
• support guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and supplies
• respond courteously to guest concerns and requests
• train and model guest service standards
• maintain training records
• analyze quality issues and identify training needs
• attend department and hotel meetings
• support housekeeping and laundry initiatives
• report maintenance issues to Engineering.
