What you'll do

• Assess member loan needs
• originate conventional, custom construction, government, and occasionally home equity mortgage loans
• monitor applications and obtain required documents
• provide disclosures and ensure compliance matters are addressed before processing
• build referral relationships with branches, realtors, builders, and other sources
• respond to branch referrals through CRM within one business day
• participate in community engagement and regional associations
• follow lending and compliance guidelines
• monitor application status and prepare 90-day action plans.
