What you'll do

• Coordinate tasks and motivate team members
• support monitoring project budgets, schedules, and quality
• write proposals to obtain work
• maintain relationships with South Carolina municipalities and agencies
• provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members
• supervise staff and recruit new staff when needed.
