The Community-Based Provider — Tompkins role is onsite in Ithaca, NY, with part-time pay of $20.50–$24.50 per hour depending on education level. Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference’s Children and Family Treatment Support Services program provides voluntary therapeutic support to youth under 21. The provider delivers community-based support tailored to each youth’s treatment plan, helping build skills for healthy functioning at home, school, and in the community. The role involves working with youth, families, caregivers, supervisors, licensed professionals, and other providers, while completing required scheduling and documentation.

What you'll do

  • Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment
  • build therapeutic relationships with youth and families in line with treatment plans
  • promote caregiver-child relationships
  • identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs to consented providers
  • confer with supervisors, licensed professionals, and program directors about progress
  • schedule visits, plan activities, and complete documentation
  • provide safe transportation
  • collaborate with youth, families, and service providers.
