What you'll do

• For functional work, develop and configure solutions for moderately complex projects, document As-Is and To-Be business processes, and apply experience in public-sector permitting, licensing, code enforcement, and planning domains. For technical work, support data conversions and migrations, system integrations, reports, and configuration
• perform analysis and development using Oracle Database or SQL Server, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST web services, and Python.
