The Nursing Assistant (CNA) Med/Surg role is an onsite position based in Deer River, MN. , and this role supports the Med/Surg department at Essentia Deer River Hospital, contributing to the organization's mission of providing high-quality, compassionate patient care. This role exists to provide direct patient care and support the daily operations of the medical-surgical unit. The Nursing Assistant contributes to patient safety and comfort by assisting with personal hygiene, nutritional needs, vital signs, and recordkeeping, while working under the supervision of nursing staff to facilitate efficient unit workflow.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care, assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs, take vital signs, complete recordkeeping, report changes in patient condition to the RN, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
