Operations Training Lead

The Operations Training Lead role is onsite in North Salt Lake, UT, with compensation of $29–$36.25 per hour. Innophos produces specialty ingredient solutions for food, health, nutrition, and industrial markets. Working under the Operations Coordinator II, the lead trains and mentors operations personnel in job requirements, safety, quality, and procedures. The role combines floor coaching with classroom instruction, supports new-hire and refresher training, and helps ensure training records and operational certifications are completed.

What you'll do

• Train and mentor new and existing operations staff
• observe and coach employees on environmental, health, and safety procedures
• coordinate retraining with production management and supervisors
• identify training needs
• translate safety, training, EHS, and quality materials from English into Spanish
• deliver new-hire orientation and annual refresher training
• maintain checklists and learning management system records
• train and certify forklift operators and DOT Hazmat employees.
