Project Controls Specialist II

Project Controls Specialist II is an onsite role in Concord, CA. The stated pay range is $50–$65 per hour. The specialist develops and maintains schedules, estimates, and cost information to help project teams forecast work, identify coordination issues, and manage changes. Accurate project controls support informed decisions about construction activities, costs, and delivery progress.

What you'll do

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages
• forecast construction activities and identify potential safety and schedule conflicts
• update schedules using meetings, construction coordination interviews, and field verification
• maintain change notice and change order systems
• assist with weekly change hearings and committee meetings
• develop construction estimates
• maintain cost systems, reconcile commitments, change orders, and contractor invoices, and produce cost reports.
