What you'll do

• Monitor building systems and report unsafe conditions
• inspect the community for hazards
• follow safety procedures
• assist with common-area upkeep and preventive maintenance of interiors, exteriors, pools, fitness equipment, HVAC, and lighting
• respond to service requests within 24 hours
• help prepare vacant units within seven days
• and maintain tools and supplies.
