The Caregiver role is onsite in Counce, TN, with opportunities to work with clients throughout Tennessee. Pay is $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent, including private-pay clients and people served through VA and CHOICES programs. The caregiver assists clients with daily living and household routines while following individualized care plans. Companionship, safety, and timely reporting of changes help clients maintain comfort and independence at home.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe and comfortable home
• report changes in client condition.
