The Tower Construction Ground Crew role is onsite in Topeka, KS, with stated compensation of $50,000–$80,000 per year. The crew member performs ground construction work that supports tower and communications-site installations, including excavation, foundations, conduit, concrete, and site preparation. The role also supports safe, organized field operations and equipment readiness.

What you'll do

• Excavate footings, tower foundations, anchors, and utility trenches
• install ground rods and ground rings
• assemble conduit according to site drawings and supervisor direction
• tie rebar, pour and finish concrete, and backfill excavations
• conduct concrete tests
• operate heavy equipment
• drive company vehicles to sites and deliver materials
• assist with equipment maintenance and participate in daily safety meetings.
