Senior Employee Relations Consultant

What you'll do

• Apply knowledge of EEO laws, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, performance management, investigations, attendance, ADA, PWFA, and accommodation laws
• manage a high-volume, sensitive caseload
• facilitate difficult conversations
• prepare objective case summaries
• communicate with diverse stakeholders
• and train, mentor, and coach non-HR professionals on regulatory concepts.
