The Synthetics Fabricator role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $21–$22 per hour. Ashley Sling, a division of American Equipment Holdings, provides rigging and below-the-hook services and products for industrial customers. The fabricator produces and assembles lifting and rigging products to customer requirements and applicable specifications. Accurate fabrication, inspection, and inventory handling help ensure finished assemblies are ready for customer use.

What you'll do

• Fabricate and assemble slings, wire ropes, lifting devices, rigging hardware, hoists, and tie-down equipment
• interpret drawings and specifications
• inspect finished products
• maintain and repair equipment
• manage raw-material and finished-product inventory
• calculate cut lengths and fitting requirements
• operate fabrication and testing equipment
• label products and report defects
• maintain a safe, organized work area.
