What you'll do

• Provide daily living assistance including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Assist with resident transfers, repositioning, and walking.
• Support dining experiences and meal assistance.
• Document resident care, behavior, and dietary intake.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
