The Tax Accountant acts as a community ambassador, building long-term client relationships and driving loyalty through professional, empathetic service.

What you'll do

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide full-service tax return preparation and advice.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Utilize professional tax software to handle simple to complex tax situations.
