General Manager

What you'll do

• Train, coach, and develop employees
• create schedules and ensure appropriate staffing
• oversee food preparation, cleanliness, health and safety compliance, and opening and closing procedures
• address customer concerns
• monitor inventory, waste, and product levels
• control labor and food costs
• assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training
• cross-train employees
• and drive sales through customer service, promotions, and team execution.
