What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision and vocational, prevocational, and employment training
• reinforce tasks and individual program goals
• record incident reports, case notes, observations, and progress data
• maintain active treatment and respect client-trainee dignity and confidentiality
• support appropriate behavior
• complete daily tracking sheets
• maintain clean and orderly work areas and training materials
• participate in job-related training
• obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days.
