The Quality Assurance Manager role is onsite in Arlington, WA. Compensation is $95,000–$110,000 per year, with a $1,000 hiring bonus after successful completion of 120 days and an acceptable attendance record. The role supports ABW Technologies’ manufacturing operations and quality systems. The manager maintains and improves the Quality Management System to support product quality, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. The role leads audits, corrective and preventive actions, supplier quality oversight, and continuous improvement activities.

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
• ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements
• manage document control and quality records
• prepare for and participate in audits
• plan and conduct internal audits
• coordinate and verify corrective and preventive actions
• monitor quality objectives and metrics
• oversee inspection and testing
• review nonconforming material reports
• support root cause analysis
• ensure calibration compliance
• evaluate supplier quality
• interface with customers on quality concerns
• train employees
• and supervise quality personnel as applicable.
