The Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Part-Time role is onsite at the clinic in Princeton, NJ, with compensation of $20.00–$38.00 per hour. Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence and provides personalized therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. The technician provides individualized applied behavior analysis therapy to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills. Working with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and collaborative care team, the role implements behavior plans, tracks progress, and communicates with families; English and Spanish fluency is required, and training is available for candidates who are not yet certified.

What you'll do

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in clinic or in-home settings
• implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• use electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and track data
• collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• maintain program books and teaching materials
• communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• provide basic care as needed.
