Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Handle high-volume calls and emails about order status, shipment and invoice issues, carrier claims, technical calls, and RGA requests
• enter orders and provide accurate pricing and ship-date information
• advise customers of shipping delays
• assist Accounts Receivable with invoice discrepancies
• maintain positive customer relationships
• learn customer service protocols, product catalog, and operational systems
• commute daily to the designated office.
