What you'll do

• Travel within the assigned zone and provide support to other zones as needed
• support Senior Executive Services and Military Officer conference and meeting spaces
• install, terminate, label, and test AV cabling and hardware
• build AV racks and deploy room systems
• lead AV projects and customer engagements
• test, analyze, troubleshoot, and correct system, network, hardware, and software issues
• support internet-based video solutions and classified JWICS installations
• document work and provide ticket updates and operational status reports.
