What you'll do

• Coordinate surgeries and related pre-operative visits, joint camp, scans, and clearances
• communicate surgery requirements to patients
• coordinate equipment needs with vendor representatives
• prepare surgery paperwork, orders, packets, and appointments
• answer and return calls
• arrange add-on surgeries
• relay consult and patient information
• schedule post-operative appointments
• process pre-op labs and work-comp authorization details
• maintain medical records and daily staffing, rounding, and surgery lists
• use PACS and CERNER systems.
