What you'll do

• Lead and develop software engineers responsible for platform services and infrastructure
• contribute to technical design, architecture, code reviews, and development as needed
• define and execute the platform technical roadmap
• guide distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native infrastructure
• establish engineering standards for quality, design, testing, deployment, and operations
• mentor engineers
• partner with application engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams
• improve developer productivity, automation, performance, and reliability
• participate in hiring, performance management, and organizational planning
• help resolve complex technical challenges.
