What you'll do

• Schedule and provide resident transportation to appointments
• assist residents during transport and appointments
• drive the center van, transporting no more than two patients at a time
• perform floor CNA duties, including care-plan-based resident care, daily activities, personal care, and safety
• respond to medical-record requests
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• document required information, including vitals
• report Residents’ Bill of Rights violations.
