• Supervise and assist evening inbound and outbound operations
• ensure Receiving and Outbound teams meet daily objectives
• conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• apply packing and shipping process knowledge to streamline workflow
• maintain KPI reporting and performance metrics
• communicate between warehouse management and team members
• update standard operating procedures
• lead new-hire training and integration.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to midnight. The first 30–45 days of training take place during day-shift hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
