What you'll do

• Manage electrical construction projects from mobilization through completion and turnover
• maintain an onsite presence and oversee daily execution
• coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, and project leadership
• manage schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• monitor budgets, costs, productivity, and financial performance
• manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, procurement, and documentation
• coordinate with clients, owners, general contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
• review drawings, specifications, scopes, and contracts
• identify risks and schedule or cost impacts
• support procurement
• ensure compliance with electrical codes, quality, and safety requirements
• provide progress updates
• assist with testing, commissioning, punch lists, and turnover.
