What you'll do

• Analyze organizational challenges and develop strategic improvement plans
• facilitate executive-level sessions and strategy formulation
• develop and manage Integrated Project Teams
• align enterprise priorities across directorates and operational partners
• support strategic planning, program evaluation, and portfolio oversight
• develop business cases, alternatives analyses, project charters, schedules, roadmaps, and risk strategies
• apply Lean Six Sigma and change-management frameworks
• track risks and performance measures
• document lessons learned
• support governance, training, and process improvement.

Why this role

Requires 5–15 years of relevant experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard or other federal agencies with defense, homeland security, or law-enforcement missions. Bachelor’s degree required; specified project-management or Six Sigma certifications are preferred. CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
