What you'll do

• Plan multiple events and establish themes, goals, timelines, tasks, and milestones
• lead planning meetings and coordinate stakeholders
• assign and track tasks
• oversee event communications, website updates, scripts, video, design, printing, and testimony planning
• secure venues and vendors and negotiate pricing
• track event revenue and spending against budgets
• coordinate sponsor communications and recognition
• manage the annual Thanksgiving Day Program with Volunteer Services, caseload managers, Food Services, and other departments
• organize Thanksgiving-week participation by corporate and major donors.
