Maintenance III – HVAC

What you'll do

• Respond to work requests
• perform maintenance and repairs according to standards and procedures
• assist with plumbing, component repair and replacement, pipe fitting, machine repair, bathroom remodeling, sprinkler systems, roof drains, and sewer traps
• repair pumps, fans, capacitors, and leaking lines
• repair and maintain boilers and air-conditioning equipment
• assist with preventive maintenance
• manage parts and supply records and inventories
• attend training and meetings
• operate and care for equipment
• assist other maintenance areas and snow removal as assigned
• maintain accurate timesheets and work safely.
