What you'll do

• Lead facility administrators and leadership teams
• drive census growth and occupancy
• monitor census, admissions, payer mix, labor, staffing, expenses, and other metrics
• manage budgets and financial performance
• develop corrective action plans
• support facility strategies
• maintain staffing, quality, compliance, survey readiness, and resident satisfaction
• recruit and develop facility leaders
• coordinate with corporate departments
• evaluate capital needs and resource allocation
• and report performance to senior leadership.

Why this role
