What you'll do

• Administer price quotes and qualify opportunities
• coordinate internal kickoff, estimating, and solution design meetings
• collect information for work order acknowledgments
• manage customer approvals and commercial sign-offs
• support customer portal adoption
• maintain account records and sales forecasts
• coordinate with salespeople and operations
• oversee projects through production, transportation, installation, and invoicing
• maintain project documentation
• support collections as needed
• train and manage an assigned project coordinator.
