The IT Intern role is onsite in York, PA. Pay is $15–$16 per hour. PSC Biotech provides services that help life sciences clients develop, manufacture, and distribute healthcare products in compliance with applicable requirements. The intern supports IT operations in a cGMP-regulated environment, assisting with network, server, hardware, software, and end-user support. The work helps maintain reliable technology services and records while providing hands-on learning and mentorship.

What you'll do

• Assist with IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for systems, hardware, software, and user devices
• help monitor network infrastructure
• support basic Windows Server administration and VMware tasks
• document network configurations and IT asset inventory
• assist with network troubleshooting and supervised firewall reviews
• provide help-desk support
• record maintenance activities and work orders in SolarWinds eQMS.

Why this role

Six-month internship with immediate start. Candidates must be enrolled in a related technical degree program, be local to York, and be able to work at least 15–20 hours per week during the academic semester. Cisco experience is preferred; Linux knowledge is a plus.
