What you'll do

• Engage residents and guests
• explain menu options and take accurate food and drink orders
• deliver meals promptly and address problems
• collect payment when needed
• enter orders into the POS system
• follow food-safety practices
• complete dining-room setup, reset, and cleanliness checklists
• learn residents’ specialty diet needs
• assist food preparation when necessary.
