What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day residential site operations, maintain a safe and supportive environment, organize files, support compliance and cleanliness, and assist the Program Manager.
• Supervise direct care staff, coordinate shift coverage, provide hands-on activities of daily living support, administer and document medication, support community integration, and track participant progress and incidents.
