What you'll do

• Inspect construction work and verify compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, codes, and quality standards
• coordinate onsite inspections
• document daily activities, progress, deficiencies, and corrective actions
• inspect architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety work
• prepare field and inspection reports
• review contractor pay applications against observed progress
• monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance
• participate in project meetings
• support punch-list and closeout activities.
