What you'll do

• Schedule and track material deliveries against aircraft modification schedules and maintenance requirements
• obtain product, service, price, availability, and delivery information from vendors
• prepare purchase orders and bid requests
• negotiate and administer supplier agreements within authority
• analyze price proposals and financial information
• maintain procurement and inventory records
• support department metrics
• address defective or unacceptable goods and services
• resolve contract claims and complaints
• approve invoices within authority
• expedite deliveries.
