What you'll do

• Manage quality and audits for data entry, intake, and payroll processing
• manage banking and adjustments with accounting
• back up scheduled and manual payroll processing and payment tracking
• maintain knowledge of applicable laws
• collaborate with vendors and Finance, Tax, Business Continuity, Legal, and Internal Audit
• manage reporting and metrics
• coordinate with HRIS on functionality, testing, and training
• maintain documentation
• resolve internal customer tickets and questions
• recommend process improvements and manage projects.
