What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair building mechanical systems and HVAC equipment
• maintain building comfort levels through the computerized building automation system
• start up and shut down major equipment including chillers, pumps, and cooling towers
• perform minor plumbing and general building maintenance as required
• monitor mechanical systems and related equipment for safe and efficient operation.
