What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing
• plan, develop, organize, and coordinate unit functions
• direct nursing services for residents in both wings
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• review complaints and grievances and report as needed
• maintain adequate medications and supplies
• assist with resident nursing-needs assessments
• amend nursing and aide assignments
• encourage staff training
• review nurses’ notes
• round with physicians or nurse practitioners as needed.

Why this role
