Part-Time Property Manager

What you'll do

• Coordinate vendor transitions and invoice routing during asset takeovers
• update rent rolls and delinquency reports
• assess property conditions and document unit inspections
• review rental market conditions
• verify life-safety and accessibility compliance
• recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff
• prepare payroll and conduct team meetings
• support advertising, leasing, applications, renewals, rent recommendations, and resident retention
• respond to service requests and resident communications within stated timelines
• conduct weekly inspections and coordinate contractors
• process invoices, deposits, collections, security deposits, and reports
• assist with budgets
• maintain tenant files and comply with Section 8, HUD, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant requirements.
