What you'll do

• Assist with prescribed exercises and range-of-motion activities taught by the hospice nurse
• help with toileting, positioning, transfers, turning, personal hygiene, grooming, meals, and light housekeeping
• remind patients about medication in compliance with applicable regulations
• obtain temperature, pulse, and respiration under nurse supervision
• report and document condition changes.
