What you'll do

• Lead architectural construction-document and BIM-model preparation
• coordinate internal teams and external consultants
• maintain technical documentation
• conduct site visits and field verification
• produce visual materials and renderings
• direct BIM coordination and modeling standards
• manage RFIs, submittals, code reviews, and AHJ responses
• lead QA/QC reviews
• represent the firm in client and consultant meetings
• mentor junior staff.
