The Associate Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury role is hybrid in the Carmel/Indianapolis, IN area. Compensation is $85,000–$100,000 per year. Isaacs & Isaacs has represented injured victims for more than 30 years and reports recovering over $2 billion for clients. The attorney manages personal injury cases through resolution, advocates for clients, and supports the firm’s litigation team. The work includes drafting and research, court and deposition preparation, client communication, evidence review, and collaboration with legal colleagues to move cases forward.

What you'll do

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution
• draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and briefs
• prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
• communicate with clients
• review medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and evidence
• work with expert witnesses and medical professionals as needed
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
