What you'll do

• Develop TikTok Shop growth strategy and social-commerce expansion plans
• manage marketplace performance against revenue, margin, and efficiency targets
• oversee assortment, merchandising, promotions, launches, and campaigns
• recruit and activate creators and affiliates
• develop commission and incentive structures
• manage product seeding and creator content
• track performance metrics and forecasts
• lead agency relationships
• coordinate cross-functionally.
