The Core Crew — Front Desk and Sales role is onsite in Scarsdale, New York. It is a part-time hourly position paying $17 per hour, with opportunities to earn sales commission. [solidcore] is a boutique fitness company with more than 100 studios and a 50-minute low-impact, high-intensity strength workout. The team member supports the Head Coach and Community Manager through client service, studio administration, and sales. The role helps clients manage class accounts, learn about studio offerings, and have a welcoming experience while supporting daily studio operations.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support the CORE client experience
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio updates
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones and prepare the celebration board.
