What you'll do

• Process loan requests in ARTA and prepare documents
• book loans after closing, write general-ledger tickets, and deposit proceeds
• upload loans to the core system and complete missing fields
• verify and image loan documents
• perform scanned-document quality control
• prepare and maintain UCC filings
• pull credit reports
• prepare agricultural production loan deposit program paperwork
• assist officers with exceptions and follow-up
• pull maturing notes and release collateral
• respond courteously to customer questions and requests
• protect confidential information and follow bank policies and regulations.
