Personal Trainer — Exercise Coach

The Personal Trainer — Exercise Coach role is onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina. Compensation is $17–$22 per hour. The Exercise Coach describes its studio as helping clients improve strength, mobility, energy, and overall wellness, including through programs for people aged 50 and older. The coach guides clients through personalized strength training and wellness programs using the studio’s equipment and coaching system. Assessments, progress tracking, and follow-up help clients work toward their individual goals and maintain consistent participation.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group training using Exerbotics equipment
• conduct initial assessments and consultations
• monitor form, safety, and client progress
• educate and motivate clients
• track results and follow up on attendance and goals
• support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions
• maintain a clean studio
• record data and client communications in the CRM.
